Five New Molding Machines up to 550 Metric Ton.

The final step in all mold building is the productive capability of the mold itself. All molds are sampled and when requested, limited production runs can be done at NE MOULD accompanied with capability studies. Five new molding machines are in-house with tonnage up to 550 Metric Ton.

Before a mold is shipped to your location, it is tested in a molding environment at NE MOULD with samples and layouts sent to our customers for approval. Additional studies are available upon request including PPAP and Cpk reports.
